Don’t forget to sign up for the Pickleball Balance Class on Tuesday at 8.15am! As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I often see Pickleball players who could improve their balance on the court. Being stable and balanced is one of the keys to improving your consistency with every shot!
In the Pickleball Balance Class, we will work on various exercises to challenge (and improve) your balance so that when the time comes, you are ready to get that tough ball, get back in position, and squash the competition! No matter how good (or bad) your balance is, it can always improve! This class will incorporate Pickleball specific movements with exercises to get you on the courts with more confidence!
